Cheekee.in Refund and Replacement Policy

1-Day Replacement Policy:

  • You have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Important Points:

  • No returns for size issues, quality, or personal preferences.
  • Replacements only after inspection.
  • An unboxing video is required to initiate a return.

Eligible Cases for 1-Day Replacement:

  1. Wrong Item Received: Verified via unboxing video.
  2. Defective/Damaged Item: Verified via unboxing video.
  3. Size Issues: Free exchanges provided.

Return Options:

  • Disliked Product: Partial refund or store credit.
  • Defective Item: Full refund or exchange after inspection (unboxing video required).

Return Fees:

  • ā‚¹200 for returns.
  • Free exchanges.

Refunds for Prepaid Orders:

  • If undeliverable, refunds to the in-store wallet after deducting shipping fees.
  • Not responsible for overpayment to courier.

Approved Returns:

  • Credited to in-store wallet as a discount code or gift card. No refunds to UPI or bank accounts.

Refunds:

  • Issued via UPI or Net Banking only for delays or repeated incorrect/damaged items.

Return/Replacement Process:

  1. Enter order number and contact info to start a return/exchange.
  2. Follow return instructions and provide necessary documentation (order number, photos, videos).
  3. Eligible returns will initiate a return courier request.
  4. After inspection, the amount will be credited to your in-store wallet.

Self-Shipping:

  • If no courier partner is available for pickup, self-ship the product. Replacement issued upon receipt and inspection.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some items cannot be returned/replaced (e.g., Premium range has a 6-month replacement policy).
  • No returns on sale items or gift cards.
